These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) regulate the use of the website TrustSend of Crazysoft IT-Solutions (hereinafter referred to as "Provider"). By using the website, the user agrees to these terms.
(1) The user can register on the website and create a user account. With the registration, a contract between the user and the provider is concluded.
(2) The provider provides a platform that allows users to store and transmit files in encrypted form. The provider assumes no liability for the content of the uploaded or sent files.
The user undertakes not to upload or send any files that violate applicable law. This includes in particular, but not exclusively:
The provider reserves the right to block or remove user accounts and/or content if there is a suspicion of illegal use.
(1) The files are stored encrypted by the user. The responsibility for the secure storage of the decryption key lies with the user.
(2) The provider has no access to the decryption keys and cannot recover the file if the key is lost.
The provider assumes no liability for the content of the files stored or sent via the website.
The provider is not liable for damages resulting from the use of the website, including but not limited to:
The provider does not guarantee the continuous availability or error-free functionality of the service. Technical failures, maintenance work or other restrictions may occur.
(1) The provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The changed terms of use will be announced to the user by e-mail or by a notice on the website.
(2) Falls der Nutzer mit den Änderungen nicht einverstanden ist, hat er das Recht, den Vertrag mit sofortiger Wirkung zu kündigen. Die weitere Nutzung der Website nach Inkrafttreten der Änderungen gilt als Zustimmung zu den neuen Bedingungen.
(1) The law of the Republic of Austria applies. The place of jurisdiction is Vienna.
(2) Should individual provisions of these GTC be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
